Prospect are proudly one of the most successful independent Estate Agency firms in the Thames Valley.  Founded in 1990 by two highly regarded local Estate Agents, the company has expanded into a major property force, through enthusiasm, recommendation and delivery of results. We aim to provide professionalism and excellence in all of the property services we provide.

About the Prospect Group

Prospect Estate Agency was established in 1990, with our first office in Bracknell. Following soon after in 1991, Lettings and Property Management was established, as well as an Independent Mortgage Department. Prospect soon established itself as a major force within the property market.

The second office was opened in 1994 in Warfield and we still remain the only Estate Agent in the whole area. Proudly working closely with the local schools, we are very much a part of the community and look forward to our continued association. 1998 saw the opening of the Winnersh office, followed by Crowthorne and Wokingham the following year, all establishing themselves as proven Estate Agents offering a service second to none.

The latest addition to the Prospect family was the Reading office in 2004. The 5,000 square feet, five storey flagship office, was opened and innovated a 'cafe style' approach to property, now rolled out to all offices.

We have pulled all of our expertise together in the Prospect Investors Club, offering you the most comprehensive and best property investment program available. Prospect Investors Club is suited to people experienced in Property Investment and to newcomers alike.
